  • nexo.wallet is designed around user control and clear transaction review.
  • Some features depend on blockchains, liquidity venues, payment processors, or identity checks operated by third parties.
  • Support will never ask for your private keys or recovery phrase.

Section 01

Terms of Service

1. Scope and acceptance

By accessing the nexo.wallet website, installing the desktop application, using support channels, or initiating funding, swapping, bridging, earning, or other wallet-related flows, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product or any connected services.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction and must use nexo.wallet only in compliance with applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, and platform restrictions. You are responsible for determining whether the product is appropriate where you live or transact.

3. Nature of the service

nexo.wallet is a desktop wallet experience and product interface. Certain functions may connect you to blockchains, liquidity providers, payment processors, identity-verification vendors, analytics services, or other third-party infrastructure. Quotes, network fees, settlement times, and availability may change without notice, and completion of a transaction can depend on third-party systems outside our control.

4. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your devices, credentials, backup materials, authentication methods, approved addresses, and transaction review process. Before confirming any transaction, you should verify the asset, amount, network, wallet address, destination chain, timing, tax treatment, and any applicable fees.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use nexo.wallet to engage in fraud, market abuse, unlawful financing, unauthorized access, harmful automation, security testing without permission, or interference with the product and its supporting infrastructure. You may not misrepresent your affiliation with nexo.wallet or use the product in a way that could harm other users or the integrity of the service.

6. Product changes and availability

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. From time to time we may require software updates, revise eligibility criteria for specific features, or temporarily limit access to protect users, respond to operational issues, or satisfy legal obligations.

7. No investment, tax, or legal advice

Market data, support content, educational material, product copy, and transaction workflows are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing in nexo.wallet should be treated as investment, accounting, legal, or tax advice, and you remain solely responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

8. Intellectual property and feedback

The website, application design, text, graphics, logos, layout, code, and other content are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of nexo.wallet or its licensors. If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us the right to use them to improve the product without any obligation to compensate you.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

nexo.wallet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific transaction outcomes, or the performance of third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, nexo.wallet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages, or for losses arising from market volatility, protocol failures, third-party actions, user error, credential compromise, or delayed settlement.

10. Contact

Questions regarding these terms may be directed to legal@nexo.wallet. Operational or security concerns may be submitted through the support channels made available inside the product or on the main website.

Section 02

Trademarks

1. Ownership of marks

nexo.wallet, Nexo Wallet, related logos, icons, product names, taglines, interface identifiers, and distinctive brand elements are proprietary trademarks, service marks, trade dress, or other protected branding assets of nexo.wallet or its licensors.

2. Permitted reference use

You may refer to nexo.wallet in a factual and non-misleading way when describing compatibility, editorial coverage, or lawful integration, provided that the reference does not suggest sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or approval where none exists. Brand assets should be displayed clearly, unmodified where possible, and with enough surrounding space to preserve legibility.

3. Prohibited use

You may not copy or imitate our logos, visual identity, or product look and feel in a way that creates confusion; register domains, accounts, or business names that are confusingly similar; use nexo.wallet branding in ads or merchandise without permission; or apply the marks to services, tokens, software, or campaigns that could imply official affiliation.

4. Third-party marks

References to payment networks, blockchains, wallets, custodians, security firms, merchants, leagues, or other partner brands are used for identification only. Those names and logos remain the property of their respective owners, and their use does not alter any third-party rights.

5. Brand requests and concerns

For permission requests, co-marketing review, or notice of potentially infringing use, contact brand@nexo.wallet. We may ask you to correct, limit, or discontinue a use that could confuse customers or weaken our brand rights.

Section 03

Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, support messages, and other details you choose to submit. We may also collect technical and usage information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, browser signals, IP address, approximate location, referral data, and interactions with our website or product surfaces.

2. Transaction and support context

When you use wallet-related flows, request support, or initiate on-ramp, bridge, swap, or earn features, we may process limited contextual information such as public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, asset selections, funding references, and payment or verification status updates. We do not request your private keys or recovery phrase through support.

3. How we use information

We use information to operate and secure the product, provide support, improve performance, troubleshoot issues, personalize relevant product messaging, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and measure how users interact with product flows. Where required by law, we rely on consent for marketing or optional analytics activities.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We may share information with service providers that help us host infrastructure, analyze usage, deliver communications, detect fraud, process support requests, or enable specific features. If you choose services such as card purchases, bank transfers, swaps, or other partner-powered functionality, relevant information may also be shared with those providers to complete your request and satisfy their compliance obligations.

5. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including security, dispute handling, recordkeeping, product improvement, and legal compliance. We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect data, though no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. Cookies, analytics, and choices

Our website may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar tools to remember preferences, understand traffic, improve performance, and measure the effectiveness of content. You may manage cookie settings through your browser or device tools, though some site functions may work differently if those controls are disabled.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection regarding certain personal information. You may also opt out of promotional communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism in those messages or by contacting us directly.

8. International processing and policy updates

Information may be processed in countries other than the one where you reside, subject to appropriate safeguards where required. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
